2. Products and prices
All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. The price displayed at checkout, including shipping (free), is the final amount charged. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
3. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may decline orders in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors or delivery restrictions.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay or Google Pay where available, or with your PayPal account.

See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
6. Returns and withdrawal
See our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal.
7. Product use and safety
The Pentalor cooling mat is a comfort product for pets. Always supervise your pet during first use. Stop using the mat if it is damaged. The mat is not a medical device and does not replace veterinary care — if your pet shows signs of heatstroke, contact a veterinarian immediately. Never leave pets unattended in hot vehicles.
8. Liability
We are liable in accordance with applicable law. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
