Return & Refund Policy

30-day return window
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, this includes and extends your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Conditions
- The item must be unused, clean and in its original condition and packaging.
- Please contact us before sending anything back — we will confirm the return address and process. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your mat arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — you will not bear any cost for our mistake.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of our confirmation. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear.
How to start a return
Email support@pentalor.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 24 hours on business days.
