Where we ship

We currently deliver to Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Poland and Portugal. If your country is not selectable at checkout, we are not able to deliver there yet.

Delivery time

12–17 calendar days from dispatch. These are calendar days — weekends and public holidays included — not business days.

What you pay

The price shown at checkout is the final price. It already includes:

  • VAT
  • All customs duties, including the EU flat customs duty introduced on 1 July 2026
  • Delivery

You will not be asked to pay import VAT, customs fees, carrier handling charges, or any other amount when your parcel is delivered. If a carrier ever asks you for a payment on delivery, contact support@pentalor.com and we will resolve it.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Order page.
