The cool-touch effect works continuously whenever your pet is on the mat — there are no recharge cycles. On very hot days it works best in a ventilated or air-conditioned room.

Yes. The mat is designed for both cats and dogs, with layered fabrics chosen for pet contact. Choose from 4 sizes — S for cats and small dogs up to XL for large breeds or multi-pet households.

Check our size guide: S (20″×26″) fits cats and small dogs up to ~11 kg (25 lb), M (36″×23″) fits small–medium dogs up to ~20 kg (45 lb), L (48″×28″) fits medium–large dogs up to ~36 kg (80 lb), and XL (59″×40″) fits large and giant breeds or multi-pet households. If in doubt, size up — pets love room to stretch.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry naturally. Avoid bleach, ironing and high-heat drying to protect the cooling fabric. Between washes, the surface also wipes clean easily.
